Q: Can you bill my home insurance?
A: We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.
Q: What do I do if my garage door will not close?
A: There could be something blocking the safety sensors. Sometimes the sun glaring on the sensors can make them react and not close the door. Check the sensors to make sure they are lined up and clear. If that does not seem to be the problem, there could be another issue at hand. Please don’t mess with the door! Give us a call, so we can assist you.
Q: What do I do if my garage door is not opening?
A: Please do NOT use the door! You could get seriously injured. Walk away, and give us a call! Messing with the door could lead to creating another problem with the door/operator.
Q: Do garage doors and operators need maintenance?
